FAQ:
What level of English is this collection for? A: The package is intended for students who already have an intermediate or advanced level of "regular" English, and would like to learn and/or improve their knowledge of business English.
Which English accent is used in the videos? A: Most of the characters in the videos have a standard U.S. (American) English accent. We have also included a couple of characters who sound more Canadian and a couple who speak British English in order to give you a chance to practice understanding different accents.
Can I sign up if I don't have PayPal? A: Currently you can only make a purchase through PayPal using either a PayPal account (if you have one) or, if you don't have a Paypal account, PayPal gives you the option of subscribing using a valid debit or credit card, or even with Venmo.
What if I have a problem signing up? A: If any problems arise, you can write us at info@learnenglishfeelgood.com and we'll help you.
Is it OK if I share my account with someone else? Can I use these videos in class if I'm a teacher? A: If you just want to share your account with a friend or a family member, feel free to do so. If you'd like to use the videos in class or for private students, we ask you to buy the multiple user account (you will see the option on the sign-up page). The cost is $60 and you can then share these videos with as many students as you like.
Will you be adding new videos in the future? A: We do plan to add more videos in the future! Remember, even if the price of the package goes up, if you sign up now you will be able to watch and practice with the new videos without paying more!
