FAQ:

What level of English is this course for? A: The course is intended for students who already have an intermediate or advanced level of "regular" English, and would like to learn and/or improve their knowledge of business English.

Can you list all the 50 topics of the course? A: The complete list of all the topics is only available to customers who purchase the course, but to give you an idea of what to expect, here are some of the lesson topics: discussing notes from a meeting, sending out an invoice, getting feedback on a design, helping a colleague clarify something, discussing declining sales, talking about your work experience, discussing ideas to stop losing clients, reminding someone to send you an estimate, concerns about a project's timeline.

How long have you guys been around? A: BusinessEnglishSite.com has been around since 2007. We are part of the LearnEnglishFeelGood.com family of websites, one of web's premier sources for free and premium resources for learners (and teachers) of English. Does everyone get a certificate? How does this work? A: We offer a FREE certificate of completion to everyone who buys the course. To get the certificate, you have to pass our "certification exam", which is a 30-question exam that tests your knowledge of the vocabulary that we cover in the course. Once you pass this exam, you will be sent a PDF version of your personalized certificate.

Which English accent is used in the videos? A: Most of the characters in the videos have a standard U.S. (American) English accent. We have also included a couple of characters who sound more Canadian and a couple who speak British English in order to give you a chance to practice understanding different accents.

Are the videos AI? A: The conversation videos are created using AI characters, but the speech melody, intonation, and pronunciation have been carefully checked and, in many cases, modified to make these characters sound as natural as possible. The vocabulary explanation videos are not AI.

Can I sign up if I don't have PayPal? A: Currently you can only make a purchase through PayPal using either a PayPal account (if you have one) or, if you don't have a Paypal account, PayPal gives you the option of subscribing using a valid debit or credit card, or even with Venmo.

What if I have a problem signing up? A: If any problems arise, you can write us at info@businessenglishsite.com and we'll help you.

Is it OK if I share my account with someone else? Can I use parts of the course in class if I'm a teacher? A: If you just want to share your account with a friend or a family member, feel free to do so. If you'd like to use the course in class or for private students, we ask you to buy the MULTIPLE USER account (you will see the option on the sign-up page). The cost for the multiple user version is $80 and you can then share your access with as many students as you like.

Will you be adding new lessons in the future? A: We do plan to add more lessons in the future! Remember, even if the price of the course goes up, if you sign up now you will be able to access all the new content without paying more!
